COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 3159/76 of 21 December 1976 on the supply of skimmed-milk powder as emergency food aid for Lebanon pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 2018/76

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 2018/76 of 27 Article 2 July 1976 on the additional supply of skimmed-milk powder as food aid to certain developing countries, The Community shall bear the costs of transport to international organizations and non-governmental the frontier of the country of destination . organizations under the 1976 programme ^) provides for a reserve of 8 200 metric tons of skimmed-milk Article 3 powder ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day Whereas the Lebanese Republic has submitted a following its publication in the Official Journal of request for food aid in the form of skimmed-milk the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
