COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 3169/76 of 21 December 1976 concerning the final date for submitting applications for aid from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund, Guidance Section, for 1977

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN speeding up of the examination of the projects and COMMUNITIES, the taking of decisions on the projects, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, Article 1 Having regard to the opinion of the European Parlia­ ment (1), The time limit laid down in the first sentence of the Whereas Council Regulation No 17/64/EEC of 5 first subparagraph of Article 20 (1 ) of Regulation No February 1964 on the conditions for granting aid from 17/64/EEC for the submission of applications for aid from the Guidance Section of the Fund for 1977 shall the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee be extended to 20 December 1976 . Fund (2), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3171 /75 (3), fixes final dates for submitting applica­ Article 2 tions for aid and for the decisions to be taken on them ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day Whereas the time limit for submitting applications for following its publication in the Official Journal of 1977 should be extended to take account of the the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
