Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts Article 1 provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC ) No 572/76 of 15 March 1976 (3 ), as last amended by Regulation 1 . In Annex I to Regulation ( EEC ) No 572/76 the ( EEC ) No 1 / 77 (4 ); column headed 'Italia' is hereby replaced by that set out in Annex I to this Regulation. Whereas, under Article 3 of Regulation (EEC ) No 974/71 , the monetary compensatory amounts must be 2 . 7) For products falling within subheading 23.07 B I c) 1 or 2 of the Common Customs Tariff, containing more than 50% by weight of products falling within heading No 07.06 or 11.06 thereof the monetary compensatory amounts shall be those applicable to products falling within subheading 07.06 A thereof (Regulation (EEC) No 1497/76, OJ No L 167, 26 . 6 . 1976, p. 27).

7) Fur Waren der Tarifstelle 23.07 B I c) 1 oder 2 des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs mit einem Gehalt an Erzeugnissen der Tarifnummer 07.06 oder 11.06 des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs von 50 Gewichtshundertteilen oder mehr gelten die gleichen Währungsausgleichsbeträge wie fur die Erzeugnisse der Tarifstelle 07.06 A des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs ( Verordnung ( EWG) Nr. 1497/76, ABl . Nr. L 167 vom 26. 6. 1976, S. 27).

7) De monetære udligningbeløb for produkter henhørende under underpos. 23.07 B I c) 1 eller 2 i den fælles toldtarif med et indhold af produkter henhørende under pos. 07.06 eller 11.06 i den fælles toldtarif, der er hoj ere end 50 vægtprocent, er de samme som dem , der gælder for produkter henhørende under pos. 07.06 A i den fælles toldtarif (Forordning (E0F) nr. 1497/76 , EFT nr. 6) However, for butter which is the subject of the measures provided for:

— in Regulations (EEC) No 1282/72 ( OJ No L 142, 22. 6. 1972) and (EEC) No 1717/72 ( OJ No L 181 , 9 . 8 . 1972), this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-4 ; however, in the case of the United Kingdom the coefficient shall be 0-6;

— in Regulation (EEC) No 349/73 ( OJ No L 40, 13 . 2. 1973 ), this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-5 ;

— in Regulation ( EEC) No 232/75 ( OJ No L 24, 31 . 1 . 1975 ) this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-35 ; however, in the case of the United Kingdom this coefficient is 0-40 .

(") In trade with third countries the coefficient 1-7120 is applied to this amount.

This coefficient, however, shall be 1-51 in the case of products containing skimmed-milk powder sold under Regulation (EEC) No 2054/76 .

In intra-Community trade, where the product has not been produced in accordance with Regulation (EEC ) No 990/72, the coefficient 1-7120 is applied to this amount.
