COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 32/77 of 7 January 1977 amending Regulation (EEC) No 3208 /76 fixing the export refunds on products processed from cereals and rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas a check has revealed errors in Article 1 of COMMUNITIES , that Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in question must therefore be corrected , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 31 38 /76 (2), and in particular the fourth subparagraph of Article 16 (2) thereof, The second paragraph of Article 1 of Regulation ( EEC) No 3208 /76 is hereby repeated . Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1418 /76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in rice (3 ), and in particular the Article 2 fourth subparagraph of Article 17 (2) thereof, This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 January Whereas the export refunds on products processed 1977 . from cereals and rice were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 3208 / 76 (4 ) ; It shall apply from 1 January 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
