COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 35/77 of 10 January 1977 specifying the quantities of frozen beef forming the third instalment of products to be transferred to the Italian intervention agency pursuant to Council Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 2453/76

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 2453/76 of 5 October 1976 on the transfer to the Italian intervention agency of frozen beef held by the The products and quantities comprising the third intervention agencies of other Member States (3), and instalment of frozen beef to be transferred to Italy in partcular Article 1 (2) thereof, under Council Regulation (EEC) No 2453/76 are shown in the Annex hereto . Whereas Article 1 (3) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2697/76 of 5 November 1976 laying down Article 2 rules for the application of Regulation (EEC) No 2453/76 (4), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 12 January 3150/76 (5), provides that approximately 30% of the 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
