COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 60/ 77 of 13 January 1977 amending the export refunds on beef and veal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 568 /76 (2), and in particular the Article 1 first sentence of Article 18 (5) thereof, The export refunds on beef and veal as fixed in the Whereas the export refunds on beef and veal were Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 3097/76 are hereby fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No altered, in respect of the products listed in the Annex 3097/76 (3) ; to this Regulation , to the amounts shown therein . Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 3097/76 to the information at present available to the Commis­ Article 2 sion that the export refunds at present in force in respect of the products listed in the Annex to this This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 January 1977 . Regulation should be altered as shown in that Annex ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

I ) are also to be understood as European third countries.
