Article 27 of Regulation No 136/66/ EEC was fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 1713/76 (3 ), as last amended by Article 2 Regulation ( EEC) No 75/77 («) ; Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 January provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) No 1713 /76 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
