COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 143 / 77 of 25 January 1977 repealing the protective measures applicable to straw exports
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN A charge shall be levied on exports to non COMMUNITIES , member countries of products falling within subheading 12.10 B of the Common Customs Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Tariff . Whereas , in view of the trend in the fodder market in recent months and the different uses of straw, the Community market is no longer threatened with Article 3 serious disturbance as a result of exporting straw ; whereas therefore the protective measures applicable to these products should be repealed , This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : It shall apply, however, at the request of those Article 1 concerned, to operations in respect of which the Article 1 of Regulation ( EEC) No 1667/76 is hereby customs export formalities have been completed on or amended to read as follows : after 10 January 1977 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
