COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 154/ 77 of 26 January 1977 fixing the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the table annexed to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1418 /76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organiza­ Article 1 tion of the market in rice ('), and in particular Article 1 1 (2) thereof, The import levies to be charged on the products listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) (a) and (b) of Regulation ( EEC) No Whereas the import levies on rice and broken rice 1418 / 76 are hereby fixed as shown in the table were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 2137/76 (2), as last annexed to this Regulation . amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 98 /77 (3 ) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2137/76 This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 January to the offer prices and today's quotations known to 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
