COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 194/ 77 of 28 January 1977 laying down certain interim measures for the conservation and management of fishery resources applicable to vessels flying the flag of Poland, the GDR or the USSR

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN (a) name of the vessel ; COMMUNITIES, (b) registration number and external identification letters and numbers ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Comrpunity, (c) port of registration ;

(d) gross tonnage and overall length ; Having regard to the Act of Accession, (e) call sign . Having regard to the proposal from the Commission,

Whereas the Council adopted, on 3 November 1976, a Article 4 set of resolutions concerning certain external and internal aspects of the common fisheries policy ; 1 . Article 1
