re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on carbonates of sodium anhy­ drite falling within subheading 28.42 A ex II originating in Romania to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3021 / 76 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
