COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 276 / 77 of 9 February 1977 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 753 / 76 laying down detailed rules for the sale of skimmed-milk powder for use in animal feed pursuant to Regulation ( EEC) No 563 / 76

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the time limits laid down for the transitional COMMUNITIES , system must be extended to allow for the introduction of the new provisions ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community , Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products , 804/ 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 559 / 76 (-'), and in HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : particular Article 7 ( 5 ) thereof,

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No Article 1 563 / 76 of 15 March 1976 on the compulsory purchase of skimmed-milk powder held by intervention agen­ Article 7a of Regulation ( EEC) No 753/76 is hereby cies for use in feedingstuffs ( 3 ), and in particular amended as follows : Article 9 ( 1 ) thereof, 1 . in the second subparagraph of paragraph 2, for '28 Whereas , with a view to the introduction of new rules February 1977' read '31 March 1977'; on the use of skimmed-milk powder from interven­ tion stocks for animal feed , Article 7a of Commission 2 . in paragraph 4, for '1 March 1977' read ' 15 March 1977 '. Regulation ( EEC) No 753/76 of 31 March 1976 laying down detailed rules for the sale of skimmed-milk powder for use in animal feed pursuant to Regulation Article 2 ( EEC) No 563 / 76 ( 4 ), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 94/ 77 ( 5 ), established a transitional system This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day to be applied with effect from the end of the system following its publication in the Official Journal of of compulsory purchase ; the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
