COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 277 / 77 of 9 February 1977 amending Regulation (EEC) No 22/77 on the transfer to the Italian intervention agency of the first instalment of butter pursuant to Regulation ( EEC) No 2452/76

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN September 1976 on the sale of butter from public COMMUNITIES, stocks ( 7) ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products , Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 559 /76 ( 2 ), and in particular Article 6 (7) thereof, Article 1

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
