COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 300/77 of 8 February 1977 concluding the Agreement between the European Economic Community and Macao on trade in textile products

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, The text of the Agreement is annexed to this Regulation . Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 thereof,

Having regard to the recommendation from the Commission , Article 2

Whereas the Agreement on trade in textile products negotiated between the European Economic Com­ munity and Macao should be concluded ; The President of the Council shall notify the other Contracting Party of the completion by the Com­ munity of the procedures required for the entry into Whereas the import arrangements for certain textile force of the Agreement (2). products originating in Macao laid down by Regulation (EEC ) No 116/77 (*) permit the application of the provisions of this Agreement,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 3

Article1¶

The Agreement between the European Economic This Regulation shall enter into force on the third Community and Macao on trade in textile products day following its publication in the Official Journal is hereby concluded on behalf of the Community . of the European Communities .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
