Whereas the calculation of the charges which justified This Regulation shall enter into force on the day the abovementioned re-establishment was based on following its publication in the Official Journal of information which turned out to be inaccurate ; the European Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
