COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 314/77 of 14 February 1977 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2453/76 on the transfer to the Italian interven­ tion agency of frozen beef held by the intervention agencies of other Member States

Whereas Article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day 2453/76 of 5 October 1976 on the transfer to the following its publication in the Official Journal of Italian intervention agency of frozen beef held by the the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
