In Parts 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 7 and 8 of Annex I to ( EEC ) No 244/77 ( 4 ); Regulation ( EEC) No 572/76, the columns headed ' United Kingdom' and 'Ireland' are hereby replaced "Whereas, under Article 3 of Regulation ( EEC) No by those set out in Annex I to this Regulation . 974/71 , the monetary compensatory amounts must be altered if the difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of 2 . Annexes II and III to Regulation (EEC) No that Regulation changes by one point or more from 572/76 are hereby replaced by Annexes II and III to the percentage taken as a basis for the preceding this Regulation . determination ; whereas the compensatory amounts must be altered in accordance with the change in this Article 2 difference ;

Whereas detailed rules for the application of This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 February monetary compensatory amounts were laid down by 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

Dog, når disse produkter indeholder skummetmælkspulver og enten a) fiskemel eller fiskeolie og/eller fiskelevertran , b) aktivt kul og/eller en blanding af tartrazingult (E 102) og patent blue V (E 131 ) eller cochenillerødt A (E 124) eller patentblue V (E 131 ), c) jerncarbonat og/eller jernsulfat og/eller kobbersulfat, anvendes det monetære udligningsbeløb til veksling inden for Fællesskabet og med tredjelande, henholdsvis — for underposition 23.07 B I a) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 Bla) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I b) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I b) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I c) 2 i stedet for underposition 23.07 B I c) 1 .

7) For products falling within subheading 23.07 Bic) 1 or 2 of the Common Customs Tariff, containing more than 50% by weight of products falling within heading No 07.06 or 11.06 thereof the monetary compensatory amounts shall be those applicable to products falling within subheading 07.06 A thereof (Regulation (EEC) No 1497/76, OJ No L 167, 26 . 6. 1976 , p . 27).

7) Per i prodotti di cui alla sottovoce 23.07 B 1 c) 1 o 2 della tariffa doganale comune, contenenti in peso più del 50% di prodotti della voce 07.06 o 11.06 della tariffa doganale comune, gli importi compensativi monetari sono quelli applicabili ai prodotti di cui alla sottovoce 07.06 A della tariffa (Regola mento (CEE) n . 1497/76, GU n . L 167 del 26. 6 . 1976, pag. 27).

7) De monetære udligningbeløb for produkter henhørende under underpos. 23.07 Bl c) 1 eller 2 i den fælles toldtarif med et indhold af produkter henhørende under pos. 07.06 eller 11.06 i den fælles toldtarif, der er højere end 50 vægtprocent, er de samme som dem , der gælder for produkter henhørende under pos. 07.06 A i den fælles toldtarif (Forordning (EØF ) nr. 1497/76, EFT nr.
