COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 399/77 of 25 February 1977 temporarily suspending the advance fixing of export refunds for certain milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the market for butter is characterized by COMMUNITIES, uncertainty ; whereas the current refund applicable to this product could lead to speculative advance fixing Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European of the refund ; whereas it is necessary to suspend Economic Community, temporarily the advance fixing of refunds for butter, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last Article 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 559/76 (2), The advance fixing of export refunds for butter falling Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 876/68 of 28 June 1968 laying down general rules for within subheading 04.03 A is suspended during the granting export refunds on milk and milk products period 28 February to 2 March 1977. and criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds (3), Article 2 as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2429/72 (4), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 5 This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 February (4) thereof, 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
