COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 465/77 of 4 March 1977 concerning the invitation to tender for the costs of delivery of skimmed-milk powder as food aid to the Republic of Malta
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,
Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, 1 . Article 4 Article 5 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day The period for the submission of tenders expires on following its publication in the Official Journal of 22 March 1977 at 12 noon . the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
