introducing a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Greece
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN referred to in Regulation ( EEC) No 211 8 /74 (4), as COMMUNITIES , amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 385 /75 (5 ), and if necessary to multiply the prices with the coefficients Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European fixed in Article 1 (2) of Regulation ( EEC) No 256 / 77 ; Economic Community,

1035/ 72 provides that, if the entry price of a product — in the case of currencies which are maintained in imported from a third country remains at least 0-50 relation to each other, at any given moment, unit of account below the reference price for two within a band of 2-25 % , a rate of exchange based consecutive market days, a countervailing charge must on their effective parity ; be introduced in respect of the exporting country — for other currencies, an exchange rate based on the concerned, save in exceptional circumstances ; arithmetic mean of the spot market rates of each whereas this charge is equal to the difference between of these currencies recorded for a given period, in the reference price and the arithmetic mean of the relation to the Community currencies referred to last two entry prices available for that exporting in previous subparagraph ; country ;
