COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 580/77 of 21 March 1977 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 507/77 introducing a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria and Spain

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN charge introduced in application of Article 25 of that COMMUNITIES , Regulation is amended ; whereas, if these conditions are taken into consideration the countervailing charge Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European on the import of cucumbers originating in Bulgaria Economic Community, and Spain must be amended, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 795/76 (2), and in Article 1 particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, The amount of 7-61 units of account appearing in Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 507/77 is Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 507/77 (3), introduced a replaced by the amount of 18-85 units of account. countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Bulgaria and Spain ; Article 2

Whereas Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 March 1035/72 laid down the conditions under which a 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
