of 23 March 1977 applying quality class ' III' to certain fruit for the 1977/78 marketing year

Whereas, pursuant to Article 4 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day No 1035/72, the quality class ill ' may be applied following its publication in the Official Journal of only if the products concerned are needed to meet the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
