COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 648 / 77 of 29 March 1977 extending the 1976/77 milk year and amending Regulations ( EEC) No 1961 /75 and ( EEC) No 3066 / 75
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN the date on which the 1976/ 77 milk year should have COMMUNITIES , ended ; whereas , pending a decision on the Commis sion proposal in this matter, the application of these Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulations should be extended until the end of the Economic Community, present milk year, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 804/ 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 559 /76 ( 2 ) and in Article 1 particular Article 2 and Article 18 ( 1 ) thereof, The 1976/ 77 milk year shall end on 30 April 1977 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , 0 and the 1977/ 78 milk year shall commence on 1 May Whereas it has not been possible to fix in due time 1977 . the prices for the 1977/78 milk year ; whereas it is accordingly necessary to extend the 1976/77 milk Article 2 year ; In Article 3 (2) of Regulation ( EEC) No 1961 / 75 and Whereas the application of Council Regulation ( EEC) in Article 1 of Regulation ( EEC) No 3066/ 75 ' 31 No 1961 /75 of 28 July 1975 on the prohibition of the March 1977' shall be replaced by '30 April 1977'. use of inward processing arrangements in respect of skimmed-milk powder ( 3 ) and Council Regulation Article 3 ( EEC) No 3066/75 of 24 November 1975 on the prohi bition of the use of inward processing arrangements This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April in respect of butter (4 ) was limited to 31 March 1977, 1977 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
