COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 649/77 of 29 March 1977 extending the 1976/77 marketing year for beef and veal

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN prices ; whereas it is accordingly necessary to extend COMMUNITIES , the 1976/77 marketing year for beef and veal up to 30 April 1977, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 425/ 77 (2), and in particular The 1976/77 marketing year for beef and veal shall Article 4 thereof, end on 30 April 1977 and the 1977/78 marketing year shall commence on 1 May 1977 . Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , A rticle 2 Whereas it has become necessary to reconsider all the matters bearing on the fixing of prices for the coming This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 April year, which will involve delay in .the fixing of these 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
