COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 657 / 77 of 30 March 1977 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2306/76 limiting the private storage of Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 559 / 76 (2 ), and in particular Article 8 (5) thereof, Article 1 Whereas, following the sharp increase in market prices as a result of inadequate supplies, Commission In Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 2306/76, the date Regulation ( EEC) No 2306/76 of 23 September 1976 '31 March 1977' is replaced by '31 May 1977'. temporarily suspending the private storage of Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses (3), suspended until 31 March 1977 the right to conclude Article 2 storage contracts for the abovementioned cheeses ;
