COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 659/77 of 29 March 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on glazed setts, flags and paving , hearth and wall tiles, falling within heading No 69.08 , originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regu­ lation (EEC) No 3021 /76 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
