COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 714/77 of 4 April 1977 amending Regulation (EEC) No 621 /77 introducing a countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Spain and Romania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Romanian cucumbers must be abolished and the coun­ COMMUNITIES, tervailing charge on Spanish cucumbers must be amended, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 795/76 (2), and in Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 621 /77 is particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) replaced by the following : thereof, 'A countervailing charge of 19-78 units of account Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 621 /77 of per 100 kilograms net is applied to cucumbers 24 March 1977 (3) introduced a countervailing charge (subheading ex 07.01 P of the Common Customs on cucumbers originating in Spain and Romania ; Tariff) originating in Spain .'

Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 laid down the Article 2 conditions under which a charge is introduced, amended or abolished ; whereas if these conditions are This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 April taken into consideration , the countervailing charge on 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
