COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 721 /77 of 4 April 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on nets and netting made of twine, etc., falling within heading No 59.05 , orginating in the Philippines to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3022/76 apply
