COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 722/77 of 5 April 1977 concerning the invitation to tender for the supply of butteroil as food aid to the World Food Programme for certain third countries

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
