(EEC) No 2429/72 (5), and in particular the second sentence of Article 2 (3) thereof, Article 2 Whereas the export refunds on oil seeds were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 669/77 (6), as last amended by This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 April Regulation (EEC) No 740/77 (7) ; 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
