COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 797/77 of 19 April 1977 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on other sheep and lambskin leather falling within subheading 41.03 B II , originating in India, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3021 /76 apply
