COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 832 / 77 of 25 April 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on other sheep and lambskin leather, falling within subheading 41.03 B II originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 3021 / 76 apply
