The quantitative limits set out in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 561 /77 shall be replaced by those set out in the Annex to this Regulation .

Article 3 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

The quantitative limits set out above shall apply to imports of cotton shirts and blouses without distinction as to the process by which they have been manufactured . Within these limits, the quantit­ ative limits (') at present applied in respect of industrially made products of the same categories shall remain in force .
