fixing the threshold prices for certain milk products for the 1977/78 milk year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES , A rticle 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 1 . 2 110.35 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, 3 169.75 4 67.55 Whereas threshold prices should be fixed so that, 5 87.80 taking account of the protection required for the 6 252.00 Community processing industry, the prices of 7 248.20 imported milk products correspond to the level of the 8 202.00 target price for milk ; whereas, consequently, the 9 323.40 threshold price should be fixed on the basis of the 10 217.20 target price for milk, taking into account the relation 11 199.75 12 53.70 ship desired between the value of milkfat and that of skimmed milk, as well as the standardized costs and yields for each of the milk products in question ; 2.
