COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 890/ 77 of 28 April 1977 fixing the production refund for olive oil used in the manufacture of certain preserved fish and vegetables

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1794/76 of 20 July 1976 derogating from Regulation HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : ( EEC) No 155/71 on the production refund on olive oil used in the manufacture of certain preserved Article 1 foods (4 ), and in particular Article 1 (2) thereof, For the months of May and June 1977 the production Whereas Article 2 of Council Regulation ( EEC) No refund referred to in Article 2 of Regulation ( EEC) No 155/71 of 26 January 1 97 1 (5 ) provides for the 155/ 71 shall be 46-00 units of account per 100 kilo­ granting of a production refund for olive oil used in grams . the manufacture of certain preserved fish and vegeta­ bles ; Artie c 2 Whereas, by way of derogation from Article 3 of Regu­ lation ( EEC) No 155/71 , where the import levy is This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
