COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 919/77 of 29 April 1977 making special provision to cover the transition from the 1976/77 to the 1977/78 milk year as regards the levying of accession compensatory amounts on butter in trade with the United Kingdom

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1 . With regard to products falling within heading Article 1 No 04.03 of the Common Customs Tariff, exported from the United Kingdom before 1 May 1977 and 1 . tion (EEC) No 2199/76 and that which is applicable Article 3 under the terms of the Regulation fixing the accession compensatory amounts for the period 1 May to 31 December 1977 . This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1977. 2. However, paragraph 1 shall not apply to products in respect of which proof is furnished that they have been made in the United Kingdom . It shall apply until 30 September 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
