COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 933177 of 29 April 1977 fixing compensatory amounts in the beef and veal sector

(a) These compensatory amounts must, in pursuance of Article 8 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 430/77, be deducted from the levy fixed for the relevant product. (b) These compensatory amounts must, in pursuance of Article 8 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 430/77, be deducted from the refund fixed for the relevant product. (c) Entry under this subheading is subject to the production of a certificate issued on conditions laid down by the competent authori­ ties of the European Communities.
