COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 944/ 77 of 3 May 1977 extending the provisional anti-dumping duty on ball bearings, tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, originating in Japan

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community, The provisional anti-dumping duty on ball bearings, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, originating 459/68 of 5 April 1968 on protection against in Japan, imposed by Regulation (EEC) No 261 /77, is dumping or the granting of bounties or subsidies by countries which are not members of the European hereby extended for a period not exceeding three months .
