COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 968 /77 of 5 May 1977 laying down detailed rules for the granting of private storage aid for long keeping cheeses during the 1977/78 milk year
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN (a) the batch of cheeses to which the contract relates COMMUNITIES, must comprise at least 100 whole cheeses ;

Article2¶
1 . Storage contracts may be concluded where the Article 3 following conditions are satisfied : 1 . 2. Stored cheese may be withdrawn from storage which are the subject of contracts. It shall in particular only during the period for withdrawal.
