Whereas the present trend of prices for Spanish Article 2 products on the representative markets referred to in Regulation ( EEC) No 211 8 /74 (5), as amended by This Regulation shall enter into force on 6 May 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
