COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 995 / 77 of 10 May 1977 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on knives with cutting blades, serrated or not ( including pruning knives), falling within heading No 82.09, origi­ nating in Hong Kong to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3021 / 76 apply
