COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1027 / 77 of 16 May 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on glass inners for vacuum flasks or for other vacuum vessels, falling within heading No 70.12, originating in deve­ loping countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3021 /76 apply

Whereas Article 2 ( 1 ) of that Regulation provides that This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day the customs duties may be re-established at any time following its publication in the Official Journal of once the Community ceiling has been reached ; the Euro bean Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
