COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1028 / 77 of 16 May 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on illuminating glassware, signalling glassware and optical elements of glass : other, falling within subheading 70.14 B, originating in South Korea to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3021 /76 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
