COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1032/77 of 17 May 1977

on the conclusion of the Interim Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN of Jordan and the declarations annexed to the Final COMMUNITIES , Act are hereby concluded, approved and confirmed on behalf of the Community. Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular The texts of the Interim Agreement and of the Final Article 113 thereof, Act are annexed to this Regulation.

Having regard to the recommendation from the Commission , Article 2 Whereas, pending the entry into force of the Cooperation Agreement signed in Brussels on 18 The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the January 1977, it is necessary to conclude the Interim Community, carry out the notification procedure Agreement between the European Economic provided for in Article 37 of the Interim Community and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Agreement ( x ). signed in Brussels the same day,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 3 Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third The Interim Agreement between the European day following its publication in the Official Journal Economic Community and the Hashemite Kingdom of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
