COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1059/77 of 18 May 1977 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on other kinds of leather, other, falling within subheading 41.05 B II , originating in Yugoslavia to which the pref­ erential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3021 /76 apply
