COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1085 / 77 of 25 May 1977 fixing the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the table annexed to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1418 /76 of 21 June 1976 on the common organiza­ Article 1 tion of the market in rice ('), and in particular Article 1 1 ( 2) thereof, The import levies to be charged on the products listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) (a) and (b) of Regulation ( EEC) No Whereas the import levies on rice and broken rice 1418 /76 are hereby fixed as shown in the table were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 21 37/76 (2), as last annexed to this Regulation . amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 038 /77 ( 3) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) No 2137/76 This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 May to the offer prices and today's quotations known to 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
