COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1128 /77 of 27 May 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on cotton yarn, not put up for retail sale, falling within subheading 55.05 A, originating in Yugoslavia to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3022/76 apply
