COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1270/77 of 14 June 1977 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 1026/77 on the sale at prices fixed in advance of certain boned beef held by the intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in beef and veal (x ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1026/77 is hereby Article 7 (3) thereof, replaced by the Annex hereto. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1026/77 of 17 May 1977 (3) fixed the sale prices of certain Article 2 boned beef held by intervention agencies ; whereas certain sale prices and the list of products available for This Regulation shall enter into force on 16 June these sales should be amended ; 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
