COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1271 /77 of 13 June 1977 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on medium oils, for other purposes, falling within subheading 27.10 B III, originating in Libya to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3021 /76 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
