COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1278 / 77 of 14 June 1977 maintaining in force the arrangements making the importation into the Benelux countries of jute yarn originating in the Kingdom of Thailand subject to authorization

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the reasons justifying the introduction of COMMUNITIES , these measures still exist and the measures should accordingly be maintained until 31 December 1977, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1439 /74 of 4 June 1974 on common rules for Article 1 imports (*), and in particular Article 13 thereof, The arrangements for the authorization of imports After consultations within the Advisory Committee into the Benelux countries of jute yarn originating in set up under Article 5 thereof, the Kingdom of Thailand, adopted by Regulation ( EEC) No 969 /77, shall remain applicable until 31 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , December 1977 . Whereas by Regulation (EEC) No 969/77 (2 ) the Article 2 Commission made the importation into the Benelux countries of jute yarn originating in the Kingdom of This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 June Thailand subject to authorization ; 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
